The service

BaziCalculator.ai provides Four Pillars chart calculations, AI-generated interpretations, and educational material about Bazi. The service is provided for personal, informational, and entertainment purposes. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice.

Paid reports and checkout

Includes 5 compatibility analyses for any two charts you manage, with no expiry. New analyses use your site language. Follow-up questions require an active AI Master subscription and use Chat rounds, separate from analysis credits. New account bundles let you use compatibility first or save the personal report for later.

Paid reports are offered as an early beta when checkout is available. Waffo shows available payment methods and eligibility at checkout. Waffo may show this report as “AI Life Report”. After payment, select Done to return to your order status. You can also find the order in Billing.

The report offer is in English, Traditional Chinese or Japanese for charts of adults aged 18 or over. For new account bundles, choose the chart and language when redeeming the personal report entitlement. The selected language stays fixed for the report and its follow-ups. The purchase includes one Personal Bazi Report and 5 follow-up questions about that report. It covers the purchase year and the next four calendar years. Using the report later does not move its five-year content period. Completed reports are saved to your account. If generation fails, the retry and support steps below apply. Existing purchases retain their original rights, selected chart, language and delivery terms. An existing purchase that promised automatic generation after payment keeps that delivery arrangement.

Paid checkout may be unavailable temporarily. Availability is shown before you approve a payment. When checkout is available, the bundle costs a base USD 14.99 plus applicable checkout taxes, paid once through Waffo. Historical PayPal orders continue through PayPal. This one-time report purchase does not renew automatically. You see the amount before approving payment. Waffo or your card provider may apply currency conversion or other account fees. You can cancel checkout before approving payment.

After confirmed payment for a new account bundle, its allowances appear in My entitlements. You may use compatibility first or redeem the personal report later; purchase does not start report generation. When redeeming the report, choose one saved chart of an adult aged 18 or over and the report language. Generation then continues even if you leave the page, and your account shows progress. If a retry is available, retry the same purchase without paying again. If no retry is available, contact support; if we cannot deliver your report after a retry, contact support for a full refund. For other payment or refund requests, contact support with your order reference; we review the request based on delivery and applicable consumer rights. Do not send birth details or private report text.

Refunds return through the original payment method; the original payment processor and your payment provider determine when they appear in your account. A refunded, reversed, or disputed payment can revoke paid report access and remaining follow-up questions. Your free chart remains available. Private reports and answers are AI-generated interpretations, subject to the accuracy and professional-advice limitations below.

Monthly consultation subscription

The consultation subscription costs USD 24.99 per month plus applicable checkout taxes and renews automatically until canceled. Each paid billing period includes 5 complete consultation reports and 310 Chat rounds. There is no daily quota; unused allowance expires at the end of that period and does not roll over. It is separate from the one-time Personal Bazi Report and its compatibility analyses and follow-up questions.

One question and its answer count as one Chat round. Stopping after an answer has started appearing, or deleting the person after that point, still uses one round. A service generation failure returns the allowance. A delivered answer counts even if saving its memory fails. A report request uses one report from your allowance under the same delivery rule.

Manage or cancel your subscription through the payment provider’s portal, opened from Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the remaining allowance stays available until the current paid period ends. Cancellation does not itself request a refund. Contact support for billing errors or refund requests; we assess them according to delivery and applicable consumer rights.

Consultations are AI-generated interpretations for adults, with the same accuracy and professional-advice limitations as other interpretations on this site. The subscription does not guarantee events, outcomes or uninterrupted availability.

Compatibility scores and private analyses

The free compatibility score is a versioned reference index for partners, friends or business collaborators, not a success probability or advice to marry, separate or start a venture. Both people’s complete birth dates, known times and locations/time zones are required. Unknown times receive no score and use no analysis credit. You must have permission to use both people’s details.

New detailed compatibility analyses are provided in the site language selected when they are created (English, Japanese, Korean or Traditional Chinese). Saved analyses retain their original language. To create one, sign in and use an available compatibility credit from a valid purchase. Compatibility credits are included only when the offer explicitly lists them. Older purchases keep their original benefits; compatibility credits are not added retroactively. You can use the credits for any two charts you manage, and they do not expire. They are separate from personal report follow-up questions. Follow-up questions about a completed compatibility analysis require an active AI Master monthly subscription and use its Chat rounds, separately from compatibility analysis credits and personal-report questions. A subscription is not required to reopen an accessible saved analysis. Purchases of extra compatibility credits on their own are not currently offered.

One credit is used when a new analysis is successfully saved. Reopening or refreshing it, swapping the order of the same two people, or retrying the same request does not use another credit. If generation fails, the credit reserved for that attempt becomes available again. Changes to birth details, relationship type or calculation-method version require confirmation before creating a new analysis; changing only a name does not. We use the oldest valid purchase with credits remaining and show you which purchase will be used before you confirm. A confirmed refund or payment dispute for that purchase removes its remaining credits and access to analyses created with those credits. We do not automatically use credits from another purchase instead. Deleting a completed analysis removes its saved copies of both people's birth details and its report text, but does not restore the credit used to create it.

Interpretation and accuracy

Chart calculations depend on the birth information and location you provide. Interpretations describe a traditional symbolic framework, not guaranteed events or outcomes. You are responsible for checking important information and for decisions you make after using the service.

Your responsibilities

Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass rate limits, abuse APIs, or use generated content to harm another person. You are responsible for keeping any shared chart links private when the underlying birth details are sensitive.

Content and changes

Site text, software, visual assets, and educational content belong to BaziCalculator.ai or their respective licensors. We may update, suspend, or remove parts of the service as the product develops. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation. Access to generated content does not transfer ownership of the service, software, model, or underlying reference material.
