The service

BaziCalculator.ai provides Four Pillars chart calculations, AI-generated interpretations, and educational material about Bazi. The service is provided for personal, informational, and entertainment purposes. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice.

Paid reports and checkout

Paid reports are offered as an early beta when checkout is available. Waffo shows available payment methods and eligibility at checkout. Waffo may show this report as “AI Life Report”. After payment, select Done to return to your order status. You can also find the order in Billing.

The report offer is in English, Traditional Chinese or Japanese for charts of adults aged 18 or over. Choose the language before checkout; it stays fixed for that purchase and its follow-ups. It includes a Personal Bazi Report and 3 follow-up questions for one saved chart. It provides five annual interpretations starting from the year the report is generated.Completed reports are saved to your account. If generation fails, the retry and support steps below apply. Existing purchases retain their original access.

Paid checkout may be unavailable temporarily. Availability is shown before you approve a payment. When checkout is available, the report costs a base USD 14.99 plus applicable checkout taxes for one saved chart, paid once through Waffo. Historical PayPal orders continue through PayPal. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. You see the amount before approving payment. Waffo or your card provider may apply currency conversion or other account fees. You can cancel checkout before approving payment.

After confirmed payment, return to My Reports to start or resume generation and read your report. If you leave the page, sign in to the same account to resume or reopen it. The reader starts generation from the same purchase, and a failed generation can be retried with that purchase without paying again. If we cannot deliver your report after a retry, contact support for a full refund. For other payment or refund requests, contact support with your order reference; we review the request based on delivery and applicable consumer rights. Do not send birth details or private report text.

Refunds return through the original payment method; the original payment processor and your payment provider determine when they appear in your account. A refunded, reversed, or disputed payment can revoke paid report access and remaining follow-up questions. Your free chart remains available. Private reports and answers are AI-generated interpretations, subject to the accuracy and professional-advice limitations below.

Interpretation and accuracy

Chart calculations depend on the birth information and location you provide. Interpretations describe a traditional symbolic framework, not guaranteed events or outcomes. You are responsible for checking important information and for decisions you make after using the service.

Your responsibilities

Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass rate limits, abuse APIs, or use generated content to harm another person. You are responsible for keeping any shared chart links private when the underlying birth details are sensitive.

Content and changes

Site text, software, visual assets, and educational content belong to BaziCalculator.ai or their respective licensors. We may update, suspend, or remove parts of the service as the product develops. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation. Access to generated content does not transfer ownership of the service, software, model, or underlying reference material.
